Wednesday 25th December – CLOSED
Thursday 26th December – CLOSED
Friday 27th December – 09.00 – 16.00
Saturday 28th December – 09.00 – 16.00
Sunday 29th December – CLOSED
Monday 30th December – 09.00 – 16.00
Tuesday 31st December – 09.00 – 16.00
Wednesday 1st January – CLOSED
Thursday 2nd January – NORMAL WORKING HOURS – 09.00- 18.00

For all property maintenance issues, please report these via Fixflow or call 023 9282 6731 in the first instance.

For out of hours emergencies please call 0113 3402473.

We will endeavour to resolve all issues, but please bear in mind that we will be restricted by suppliers opening hours and contractor availability.
